today 6.30 i hv tuition at jx hse...
actually is 2 hrs oni...
bt today tills 9.30pm den finished...
bcoz my tt teacher teached us yoga...
hahaz...xp

be4 we start the yoga...
we hv tt lik normal...
teacher teached continue teached us chap3 tills finished dat chap...
bcoz our exam hv chap 3...><

after finished teaching...
teacher start the "yoga class"...
*although juz 2 students + 1 teacher...
hahaz...

begin, teacher teached us hw to breath den we started warm-up...
so pain la...
bcoz nvr do yoga or exercise...
so will hv a bit pain..
glad i hv streching at home sumtymz..
so still can handle it...
hahaz...xp
juz sum steps i cant do it...
itz 2 difficult 4 me...
quite easy for jx...
bcoz she hv learn ballet..
so easy to strech up...

nearly 9.30pm, my dad mc me..
den teacher nid to hurry up to finish the yoga...
be4 bak, teacher told me still hv many sets de...
juz bcoz nt enough tym so skip many steps...

she oso told me if wan hv yoga again can go to jx hse on next sat...

i think i will go thr...
juz c my dad or mom wan fetch me to thr or nt...

duno tmr my body will bcum lik wad...
no energy tills cant wake up??
or 2 tired tills dun wan wake up for my breakfast??
